SONIC ROBO BLAST 2 KART 2 IS OUT?!

So uh, to the surprise of everyone, the much anticipated sequel to srb2 kart, Robotnik's Ring Racers came out NOW!? 


To give a little bit of history, this has been in development for the past 5 years, and just sorta came out now. 

This was incredibly unexpected, I didn't think we would be getting this anytime soon, but uh here it is. This post is just to get more people aware of it, I'm just spreading the word of it, thats how unexpected this was, I don't even have anything prepared

Review #6 Sonic Robo Blast 2 Kart

  So this is a little bit different from the stuff I have been reviewing before, this is a full on fan-game. This was not published by SEGA in any way, nor did the people in who made this make any money. This game is completely free. So why am I talking about? Because this is seriously one of the best kart racers I have ever played. Be warned though, this game is absolutely brutal when you start out. I'm sure your looking at this and think, "Oh this is just Mario Kart but with Sonic, this should be easy to adjust to-" NO! This game is very tricky to get the hang of. Drifts work like this, the more you turn into a drift, the faster you can build charge for the drift boost, but the slower and tighter you turn for the drift. Drifts also have 3 boost levels to them, blue, red, and rainbow, with you getting much longer boosts with each level. Review #3 Sonic Generations

 With the announcement that Sonic Generations is getting a rerelease with added content in the form of Sonic X Shadow Generations, I decide to go through the original Sonic Generations to see if it still holds up and if really does deserve this new port. After playing through this game again, there were some parts that I enjoyed more, and parts that I enjoyed less, and have a new mix bag sort of feel for this game.  The story is pretty much nonexistent, this was during the time when Ken Pontac and Warren Graff were in charge of the writing for the sonic games, and oh my god they were terrible. Once they took over, pretty much every character in the series got butchered to hell and back, it was really bad. Though that being said. This game is the least bad in terms of the writing, mainly because there's really not a whole lot going on in the story. Review #2 Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania

 This was something I was REALLY looking forward to. I love the original 2 monkey ball games for gamecube. They're so addicting, while also being challenging as hell. They have a special place in my heart. So imagen my surprise and hype when I hear that these games we're getting a remake. I was so excited to reexperience these games again, and my disappointment to see that this game doesn't reach the highs of the original 2 games. The gameplay is still the same, control a monkey in a ball, get to the goal. Its pretty simple and has hundreds of different stages to challenge your skills. Some of these levels are brutal as well. but there's just one small problem. The biggest problem this remake has is the physics engine. The physics engine in the original monkey balls were consistent.
